Jackie grew up in Kenya and after having qualified as a trilingual secretary worked for a pharmaceutical company, where she realised that the work was too tedious. She then spent her days in a jewellery shop and was encouraged by the owner of the store to pursue Gemmology. After gaining qualifications from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (now called Gem-A) and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Jackie has put her lifetime passion for colour in nature and lapidary to work and has worked in the jewellery trade for the past 47years.

Jackie specialises in the design and vaulation of jewellery and gemstones and can help you repair or redesign any broken piece of jewellery, value inherited jewellery and bring your jewellery designs to life by working from sketches, finished drawings, photos, and off of existing jewellery parts or other real-life references.

All jewellery projects are usually priced according to the matrials used.  Ie. Gold or silver, Gemstones, design etc. Everything is hand made.  She can offer guidance on any jewellery designs and appraisals to ensure your design meets the requirements for your desired end-use.
